Mumbai Photo Marathon 2008
Posted by Ameya on February 12th, 2008 filed in Mumbai Photo MarathonMumbai was freezing last few weeks. Mumbai’s minimum temperatures dipped to 8.5 degrees Celsius with weathermen saying might be the coldest day in the metropolis since 1962. Whooo! But the situation is better now. Temperature reose by over six degrees celsius. Its 05:00pm IST now and the temperature out there is 30 degree Celsius. The political temperature also rose very high with the news/rumors of Raj Thakrey and Abu Aazmi.
This is a better weather to plan for Mumbai Photo Marathon 2008. We have last years experience with us. Full of josh.. the excitement to meet new people shoot on new wonderful themes and re-discover Mumbai. You need not be a professional photographer, you may not have an SLR; thats perfectly fine. This is not a professional photography competition. Its for you and me….. the beginners with the cameras we have. Any digital camera or film camera will do. Last year we had participants who even used their High resolution cell phone cameras. Its fun! All you need to have is excitement to shoot.
The dates for Mumbai Photo Marathon 2008 are yet to declare but it will be 2nd or 3rd sunday of March. Get ready with your cameras and Keep reading.. I will get back to you with more info on this very soon.
